Servelec acquires Synergy from Tribal Group plc
Further to the announcement made on 1 March 2016, Servelec, the UK-headquartered technology group, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition ofthe Synergy business ("Synergy") from Tribal Education Limiteda wholly-owned subsidiary of Tribal Group plc for a consideration of 20.25 million in cash following approval from Tribal shareholders granted today.
The new company will be known as Servelec Synergy.
