Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31st December 2016, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy, have been published and sent to shareholders. These documents are also available for inspection on the company's website: www.tribalgroup.com.
The AGM will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at the offices of Investec Bank plc - 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.
