Board Change
Tribal Group plc, a leading provider of software and services to the education management market, announces that Steve Breach has indicated to the Board his intention to stand down as Group Finance Director and leave the Group, in order to pursue other interests.
Steve will remain with Tribal and on the Board for the time being, and the process to appoint his successor has already commenced, led by Ian Bowles, Chief Executive.
Richard Last, Chairman, commented:
"Since his appointment in January 2010 Steve has helped take the Group through a period of intense change, from a broad based Group addressing a diverse range of sectors to its now focussed and leading position in the education software and services market. The Board would like to thank Steve for his contribution to Tribal and wish him well for the future.
