("Tribal" or the "Company") 

Change of Auditor
Tribal (AIM: TRB) announces the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as independent auditor, replacing Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte").
Deloitte has been the Company's independent auditor since 2002. In line with best practice, the Company conducted a formal tender process, which concluded with the appointment of PwC as independent auditor to the Company.
The Board wishes to thank Deloitte for its years of service to Tribal.
Tribal will be announcing its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 in mid September 2016. The date will be announced in due course.
