Director Shareholding
On 30 June 2011 Tribal Group plc (the "Company") announced that it had entered into a share dealing plan with its Chairman John Ormerod pursuant to which Mr Ormerod has agreed to use his net fee in every third month to make market purchases of ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Ormerod has agreed to hold any shares purchased under this arrangement for as long as he remains a director of the Company. The agreement may be terminated (as long as the Company is not in a prohibited period) by Mr Ormerod on 30 days' notice at any time after 30 April 2012.
As such, the Company has been notified today that John Ormerod purchased 3,119 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 December 2014 at a price of 160p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which John Ormerod and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 259,797 or 0.27% of the Company's total issued share capital.
