Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the following sale of ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 1 April 2015 Steve Breach, the Company's Finance Director, sold 81,296 ordinary shares at a price of 148.00p per ordinary share. 
Following the sales, Mr. Breach holds a total of 172,728 ordinary shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's total issued share capital.
