Director/PDMR Shareholding 
 
On 30 June 2011 Tribal Group plc (the "Company") announced that it had entered
into a share dealing plan with its Chairman, John Ormerod, pursuant to which
Mr Ormerod has agreed to use his net fee in every third month to make market
purchases of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Ormerod
has agreed to hold any shares purchased under this arrangement for as long as
he remains a director of the Company. The agreement may be terminated (as long
as the Company is not in a prohibited period) by Mr Ormerod on 30 days' notice
at any time after 30 April 2012. 
 
As such, the Company was notified on 30 September 2015 that Pamela Ormerod,
the wife of Mr Ormerod, purchased 4,058 ordinary shares on 30 September 2015
at a price of 123.00p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, the number
of ordinary shares in which Mr Ormerod and his connected persons are
beneficially interested is 270,338, or 0.28% of the Company's total issued
share capital. 
 
On 25 March 2015 the Company entered into a share dealing plan with Robin
Crewe, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to which Mr Crewe has
agreed to use his net fee in every third month to make market purchases of
Ordinary Shares. Mr Crewe has agreed to hold any shares purchased under this
arrangement for as long as he remains a director of the Company. The agreement
may be terminated (as long as the Company is not in a prohibited period) by Mr
Crewe on 30 days' notice at any time after 31 March 2016. 
 
As such, the Company was also notified on 30 September 2015 that Mr Crewe's
wife Zita Crewe purchased 1,241 shares on 30 September 2015 at a price of
123.00p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary
shares in which Mr Crewe and his connected persons are beneficially interested
is 29,098, or 0.03% of the Company's total issued share capital. 
 
As at 30 September 2015, the Company's issued share capital is 94,849,241.
