Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, the Company announces that it has today been made aware that on 23 December 2015, Jonathan Baldwin, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), bought a total of 20,675ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 24p pence per share. His resultant holding is 20,675 ordinary shares of 5p each, which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
As at 23 December 2015, the Company's issued share capital is 94,849,241.
