Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tribal Group plc (the "Company") was today notified that on 1 June 2016, Ian Bowles, the Company's Chief Executive, sold 909,597 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 53.5p per share. On the same day a SIPP registered in the name of Ian and his wife Anita Bowles purchased 909,597 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 53.5p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bowles' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,136,363 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.58 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
