Director Shareholding
Tribal Group plc (the "Company") was today notified that on 28thJune 2016, Ian Bowles, the Company's Chief Executive, bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 50.0p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bowles' beneficial interest in the Companyhasincreased to 1,336,363 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.68 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
