Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to international education markets, announces that on the 3 July 2017 the Company granted 3,535,000 options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Options, representing approximately 1.8% of the Company's issued shares, were granted to its senior management including certain Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ("PDMR") under the terms of the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan.
2,426,874 of the Options are exercisable at 80p per Ordinary Share and 1,108,126 of the Options are exercisable at 80.375p per Ordinary Share. The Options may not be exercised before 2 July 2020.
