Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, announces that on the 26 March 2018 the Company granted 3,975,000 options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Options, representing approximately 2.0% of the Company's issued shares, were granted to its senior management including certain Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ("PDMR") under the terms of the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan.
All of the Options are exercisable at 79.6p per Ordinary Share.  The Options may not be exercised before 25 March 2021.
