Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, announces that on the 4 February 2020 Mark Pickett, Chief Executive Officer of Tribal, exercised options over 1,223,241 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares") under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Plan") and sold 530,000 shares to cover tax related obligations. Following the transactions Mark Pickett has a beneficial interest in 693,241 ordinary shares, including those held by his wife.
On 4 February 2020 Nigel Halkes, Non-Executive Director of Tribal, purchased 14,285 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company and has a beneficial interest in 14,285 ordinary shares.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 204,209,023 ordinary shares, with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
