Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Tribal is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Bowles as Chief Executive Officer. Ian will join the Group and hold a Board position with immediate effect and, following a period of transition, assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on 1 March 2016. 
Ian joins Tribal with a strong track record of driving financial and operational improvement and shareholder value creation, having held Board and other senior management positions across a number of leading IT companies. Most recently he was from 2007 to 2015 Chief Executive Officer of Allocate Software, an AIM listed leading international provider of specialist workforce management optimisation and corporate governance, risk & compliance software, where he oversaw strong organic and acquisitive growth in revenue and profits and its sale to HgCapital in 2015. Prior to joining Allocate Software Ian was from 2004 Chief Operating Officer of Clearswift, the information security company, where he oversaw the Company's restructuring, rebranding and new marketing strategy, leading to a material improvement in the Company's performance. 
Other senior roles during Ian's 30 year career include positions at Interwoven (now part of the HP Market Optimisation business group), Chordiant Software and Oracle.
There are no other disclosures that are required to be made in respect of Ian's appointment pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of The Listing Rules.
Rob Garner, who has undertaken the role of Tribal's Interim Chief Executive since July last year, has agreed to remain with the Group until 30th April 2016 to enable an orderly management transition.
