Board Change
Tribal Group plc, a leading provider of software and services to the education management market, announces that David Egan has advised the Board of his intention to stand down as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 31 October 2016.
Roger McDowell, Senior Independent Director, will succeed David as Chairman of the Audit Committee. A search for a new Non-Executive Director will begin in due course.
