("Tribal" or the "Company")

Interim Dividend Declaration

 

The Company announces an interim dividend of 1.3 pence per share, which will
be paid on 27 March 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of
business on 27 February 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 26 February 2026.
This interim dividend is in place of a final dividend in respect of the year
ended 31 December 2025, which would typically have been paid in July 2026.
