LTIP Option Awards 
 
On 9 June 2014 Tribal Group plc (the "Company") granted nil-cost options over
a total of 428,177 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.46% of the
Company's issued shares) to Chief Executive Keith Evans and Group Finance
Director Steve Breach under the terms of its 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan. Mr
Evans received an award over 274,011 shares and Mr Breach received an award
over 154,166 shares. 
 
All of the awards are subject to a performance condition measured over a 3
year period ending on 31 December 2016. 
 
This notification is being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
