LTIP Option Awards
On 30 March 2015 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") granted nil-cost options over a total of 1,080,918 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.17% of the Company's issued shares) to its executive directors and members of the senior management team under the terms of its 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan. 
Chief Executive Keith Evans and Group Finance Director Steve Breach have been granted nil-cost options over 330,161 ordinary shares and 185,757 ordinary shares, respectively. 
All of the awards are subject to a performance condition measured over a 3 year period ending on 31 December 2017. 
This notification is being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
