LTIP Option Awards
On 28 June 2016, Tribal Group plc ("the Company") granted nil-cost options over a total of 3,591,020 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.84% of the Company's issued shares) to its executive directors and members of the senior management team under the terms of its 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan.
Chief Executive Ian Bowles has been granted nil-cost options over 2,454,546 ordinary shares.
All of the awards are subject to a performance condition measured over a maximum of a 3 year period ending on 27 June 2019.
This notification is being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
