Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to international education markets, announces that it has granted nil-cost options over a total of 1,339,286 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.68% of the Company's issued shares) pursuant to deferred consideration payable relating to the acquisition of Sky Software Pty Ltd in March 2014. The awards may not be exercised before 30 March 2020.
