Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
 
 
Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Pickett as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with immediate effect.
 
Mark joined Tribal in July 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and has since then been a key member of the Board helping lead the turnaround of the Group.  In September 2018, Mark was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer whilst retaining his position as Chief Financial Officer.
 
Tribal also announces that Paul Simpson, Tribal Global Financial Controller, will, with immediate effect, take on the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer (non-Board appointment).  Paul is a chartered accountant, and joined Tribal in December 2016 from Jelf Group plc, where he was Group Financial Controller.
