in almost two months
** Co says implementation delays on Singapore contract
impacted overall trading in 2022
** Says talks with customer remain in significant
disagreement over detailed scope of contract; no longer expects
resolution in near term
** If losses hold, stock set to post biggest intra-day pct
loss in almost three months
** As of last close, stock up 4.4% YTD, after falling 56% in
2022
