** Shares of Trident Ltd  TRIE.NS  fall as much as 4.5% to
31.3 rupees, lowest since May 9
    ** Co on Thursday reported a 29% fall in its consol net
profit after tax to 913.4 mln rupees ($11.11 million)
    ** Rev from ops fell 11% to 14.94 bln rupees, hurt by weak
demand
    ** TRIE trading below its moving average convergence
divergence line (MACD), indicating bearish sentiment
    ** Nearly 4.6 mln shares change hands by 09:30 a.m. IST vs
0.7x 30-day avg of 7.1 mln shares
    ** Stock down 3.4% YTD, up to last close
