The Company announces that on Friday 25 July 2025, Ms Serena Lang, Independent Non-Executive Chair, purchased a total of 31,184 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Ms Lang has a beneficial interest of 218,195 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
