Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company confirms that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59.75p on 26 March 2026.

 

Following this purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 23,710,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.41% of the Company's issued share capital. This total is made up of the following:

Harwood Capital Management LLP : 420,000 Ordinary Shares

Oryx International Growth Fund : 13,250,000 Ordinary Shares

Rockwood Strategic plc : 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares

Nicholas Mills (Director & Related Holdings) : 40,000 Ordinary Shares
