Availability of 2022 Annual Report

 

LONDON: WEDNESDAY 3 AUGUST 2022: Trifast plc (LSE Premium listing: TRI)
confirms that the following documents have been mailed to registered
shareholders of the Company as at 21 July 2022 by either electronic means or
posted to those who elected hard copies:

 

·              2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements

·              Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting; and

·              Proxy Form for the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
