London, Wednesday, 1 June 2022:  In accordance with the Listing rules,
LR9.6.14 (R), Trifast plc wish to notify shareholders that it has received
notification from its Non-Executive Chair, Jonathan Shearman that, he has been
appointed to the Board of The Character Group plc (AIM: symbol: CCT.L) as an
