London, Thursday, 4 May 2023: Trifast (LSE: Main Market symbol: TRI) announces
that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) Louis Eperjesi, Non-Executive
Director of the Company is to be appointed a Non-Executive Director at Howden
