PDMR Exercise of Options and Share Sales 
Trifast plc (Symbol: TRI), the international fastenings group announces that on 20 November 2014, the Company issued 2,000,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options by executive directors of Trifast under the Company's Unapproved 2009 Share Option Plan. Subsequently, these ordinary shares have been successfully placed. The Directors as shown below, notified the Company of the transactions pursuant to DTR 3.1.2 on 20 November 2014. The resultant holdings of the PDMRs are as follows:

As at today's date, the Directors and related party holdings in the Company total 3,564,529 ordinary shares representing 3.07% of the total ordinary share capital in the Company.
Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date is 116,058,651 ordinary shares of 5p each.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 116,058,651. The figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
