Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company announces that on Thursday 23 November 2023, Mrs Serena Lang,
Independent Non-Executive Chair, purchased a total of 137,032 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this
transaction, Mrs Lang has a beneficial interest of 137,032 Ordinary Shares in
