The Company announces that on Thursday, 3 August 2023 Mr Scott Mac Meekin,
Interim Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 11,500 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this
transaction, Mr Mac Meekin has a beneficial interest of 25,888 Ordinary Shares
in the Company.
