Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company announces that on Monday 22 January 2024, Ms Serena Lang,
Independent Non-Executive Chair, purchased a total of 34,253 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this
transaction, Mrs Lang has a beneficial interest of 171,285 Ordinary Shares in
