Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company announces that on Tuesday 23 January 2024, Mr. Iain Percival,
Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 33,447 ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this transaction,
Mr. Percival has a beneficial interest of 163,215 Ordinary Shares in the
Company.
