Director/PDMR shareholding

 

 

The Company announces that, on Tuesday 23 January 2024, Mr. Clive Watson,
Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 34,350 ordinary shares of 5 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this transaction, Mr.
Watson has a beneficial interest of 92,975 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
