The Company announces that on Tuesday 12 March 2024, the spouse of Mr. Louis
Eperjesi, Non-Executive Director,purchased a total of 13,000 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this
transaction, Mr. Eperjesi and Persons Closely associated with him have a
beneficial interest of 13,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
