(the "Company")

 

Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company was advised on 27 January 2025 that certain investment vehicles
connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company, purchased 160,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 81.58p on 20 December 2024 and a further 240,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 81.9625p on 24 January 2025.

 

Following these purchases, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles
connected with him are interested in 21,085,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
15.490% of the Company's issued share capital.
