The Company announces that on Tuesday, 4 February, Mr. Iain Percival, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased a total of 63,529 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Mr. Percival
has a beneficial interest of 388,012 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
