The Company announces that on Wednesday, 5 February, Ms. Kate Ferguson, Chief
Financial Officer, purchased a total of 12,774 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Ms. Ferguson
