Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company confirms that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas
Mills, a Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 70.0p on 7 January 2026.

 

Following this purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected
with him are interested in 22,210,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.3% of
the Company's issued share capital. This total is made up of the following:

Harwood Capital Management LLP : 420,000 Ordinary Shares

Oryx International Growth Fund : 11,750,000 Ordinary Shares

Rockwood Strategic plc : 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares

Nicholas Mills (Director & Related Holdings) : 40,000 Ordinary Shares
