The Company announces that on 30 March 2026, Laura Whyte, Independent
Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 11,000 ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction,
Laura Whyte has a beneficial interest of 30,500 Ordinary Shares in the
Company.
