Publication of the FY24 Annual report

and

Confirmation of revised dates for the roadshow presentations

 

 

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 2 July 2024 the Company's auditors
BDO LLP has confirmed that it expects to have completed its audit process at
the end of this week.  Consequently, the Company will publish the Annual
report for the year ended 31 March 2024 on Monday, 29 July 2024 via the
Regulatory News Service at the LSE.

 

As a result of scheduled business and travel commitments within the Group, the
Trifast management team will undertake the Institutional investor roadshow
between 1 August to 7 August 2024; this will be managed via Peel Hunt LLP.

 

The Company will be holding a virtual analyst's presentation on Thursday 1
August at 10.00hrs (UK time).

 

Also, on the same day (1 August) at 11.30am there will be an opportunity to
join a 'live' webcast via the Investor Meet Company platform (IMC) and listen
to the Trifast team presenting the FY24 results and delivering an overview on
the Group's refreshed strategy built around its Recover, Rebuild, Resilience
journey for FY25 onwards.
