Directorate change - appointment of a Non-executive Director
Trifast announces today the appointment of Nicholas Mills to the Board as a
Non-executive Director, effective from 20 October 2023.
Nicholas is a fund manager and director of Harwood Capital LLP, who are a
6.21% shareholder in the Company. Having attained a BSc. in the US in 2013
from Boston College, Carroll School of Management, MA, he started his career
with Gabelli Asset Management in New York where, over a five-year period he
gained a wealth of experience covering equity research, investments, merger
arbitrage strategies and marketing Closed End Funds. In 2019 Nicholas
returned to the UK to join Harwood Capital.
In addition to his executive roles within the Harwood Group, Nicholas is a
Non-executive Director with AIM listed Hargreaves Services plc and NOIX Group
plc.

(London) Ltd, and Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Ltd acts as
investment manager to Oryx International Growth Fund Ltd (Guernsey);
collectively the funds under management hold 8,455,000 ordinary shares in
Trifast, which represents 6.21% of the Company's current issued share capital.
At today's date, Nicholas Mills holds no ordinary shares in Trifast in a
personal capacity.
As announced on 12 October 2023, the Company is also in the process of
recruiting a replacement NED following notification from Ms Balmforth of her
intention to retire at the end of 2023.
