Director/PDMR shareholding

 

The Company announces that between Friday 2 August 2024 and Tuesday 6 August,
Mr. Iain Percival, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 161,268
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following
this transaction, Mr. Percival has a beneficial interest of 324,483 Ordinary
