** U.S.-listed shares of Candian miner Trilogy Metals TMQ.TO, TMQ.N up 8.3% at $5.60 premarket

** TMQ says Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority has executed the right-of-way permits for the construction and operation of the Ambler Access Road

** Ambler mining district in Alaska is rich in domestic supplies of copper and other minerals

** Road provides access to region that could strengthen U.S. domestic supplies of minerals essential for national defense, energy, manufacturing and AI data centers.

** Up to last close, stock up 345.6% YTD
