Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that Paul Swinney, CEO of the Company, has today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 114.7 pence each. Following this purchase, he holds 930,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.2% of the issued share capital.
