07.00am under RNS number 2124O. There was a transposition error in the MAR
form. The price of sale should be "273p" as opposed to "237p", as previously
stated.

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention,
contamination control and hygiene products, announces that Liz Dixon, Finance
Director, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 16 August 2017 at a price of 273 pence per Ordinary
Share. Ms. Dixon's resultant holding is 45,000 Ordinary Shares representing
0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
