Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products,
announces that Liz Dixon, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, sold 50,000
ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 397.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

As a result, Liz Dixon's beneficial interest in the Company is 150,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31 per cent. of the total issued share
capital.
