Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products
announces that, on 1 April 2025, Liz Dixon , Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 291.99 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Liz Dixon's beneficial interest in the Company is 155,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.32 per cent. of the total issued share
capital.
