Oct 10 (Reuters) - Brookfield Asset Management's
BAM.TO funds have agreed to buy European logistics real
estate firm Tritax EuroBox EBOX.L for 1.1 billion pounds
($1.44 billion), including debt, the companies said on Thursday.
Tritax EuroBox, which last month agreed a similar deal with
British warehouser Segro SGRO.L , said it planned to withdraw
its backing for the Segro offer and support the Brookfield bid
instead.
