** Shares in European logistics real estate firm Tritax
EuroBox  EBOX.L  rise 3.8% to 71.7 pence 
    ** Brookfield Asset Management's  BAM.TO  funds agreed to
buy EBOX for an enterprise value of 1.1 bln pounds ($1.44 bln)
    ** EBOX plans to withdraw backing for British warehouser
Segro's  SGRO.L  offer and support Brookfield bid instead
    ** SGRO Shares up 1.2% at 847 pence
    ** As of last close, stock up 15.6% YTD
